Today “GrannyGrump” over at RealChoice gave this thoughtful response to the news of the shooting death of abortionist George Tiller.

I think she’s right: The fact that he was murdered on his way to church will simply give the pro-aborts another reason to further restrict the peaceful efforts of genuinely pro-life activists. It was Satan, not God, who won the victory here.

We have no reason to believe Mr. Tiller died in a state of grace, and so more than ever he depends upon our prayers on his behalf. May God have mercy on his soul.
